1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and APPIFY STUDIOS LLC (“Appify Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the Resaved app for Mac and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, purchasing through or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect, and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms where you live. Your license is also subject to Apple’sStandard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If it conflicts with these Terms on a matter Apple controls, Apple’s terms control for that matter.
2. No Resaved accounts
Resaved does not require or provide a Resaved account. Your purchases are tied to your Apple Account and managed with a pseudonymous RevenueCat identifier. You are responsible for safeguarding your Mac, your Apple Account and your platform accounts. Deleting Resaved does not erase purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat.
3. What Resaved provides
Resaved syncs the posts you saved on X, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok into a library on your Mac. You can search and filter them, organize them into folders, view photos and videos, download media, and remove posts. Removing a post on X, Instagram or TikTok also removes it from your saves on that platform; Facebook saves are removed from Resaved only.
How much Resaved can sync, how fast, and which media it can show depends on what each platform makes available to your account, which can change at any time. We do not promise that every post, format, account, language or country will be supported.
4. Your connected accounts
When you connect a platform, you sign in on that platform’s own page and authorize Resaved to use the resulting session on your Mac to read your saved posts and, when you ask, to remove posts from your saves. Resaved acts only on your instructions and never posts, likes, follows or messages on your behalf.
Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms. Resaved is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp., Meta Platforms or TikTok. Platforms may limit, challenge or restrict access they consider automated, and we cannot control or guarantee how a platform treats your account. You are responsible for deciding whether connecting an account is appropriate for you, and you can disconnect any platform at any time in Settings.
5. Content you save and download
Posts, photos and videos shown in Resaved belong to their creators and are subject to the platforms’ terms. Resaved gives you a private view of content you already chose to save; it does not grant you any rights in that content.
- Download media only for your personal, non-commercial use, or where you have the rights or permission to do more.
- Do not republish, sell or redistribute other people’s content, or remove watermarks or attribution, without the necessary rights.
- You are responsible for how you use anything you download.
6. Resaved Pro and billing
Resaved is free to use within limits: up to 20 saved posts, 1 folder and 1download. Posts beyond the limit are kept on your Mac but locked until you upgrade.
Resaved Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks an unlimited library, unlimited folders, unlimited downloads and future Pro features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- The price, currency and any introductory or promotional offer are shown by the Mac App Store before you confirm, and that confirmation controls if it differs from anything shown elsewhere.
- Promotional prices are available only for the period shown in the app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Restore Purchases makes Resaved Pro available again on Macs signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, Pro features may be removed.
7. Acceptable use
Use the Service only lawfully and for personal purposes. You must not:
- connect accounts you are not authorized to use, or use Resaved to access anyone else’s saved posts;
- use Resaved to violate a platform’s terms, or to scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content beyond your own saves;
- infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights of others with content you download;
- bypass purchase checks, free-tier limits or other technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer Resaved except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including the platforms you connect, RevenueCat for purchase management, and Apple for distribution and payments. They have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, content, policies or changes, and an outage or change on their side may delay or prevent syncing.
9. Ownership and licenses
The Service, software, design and branding are owned by or licensed to Appify Studios and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Resaved on Macs you own or control. Third-party names, content and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove or discontinue parts of the Service, including the platforms it supports. Because platforms can change how they work without notice, a platform may temporarily or permanently stop syncing. Software updates may be required for continued use.
We may update these Terms when the Service, providers or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and version and give additional notice where required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means they apply. Features you already purchased with Resaved Pro will not be moved behind an additional payment.
11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant that any platform will remain supported.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appify Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill or account access, arising from or related to the Service, including any action a platform takes on your account.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or twenty-five United States dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and removing Resaved from your Mac. We may suspend or end access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms or where required by law or by a platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Privacy, governing terms and severability
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Resaved and forms part of your agreement with us. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to APPIFY STUDIOS LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and rights to access courts where you live.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the incorporated Apple terms are the entire agreement concerning the Service.
